1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why
- Booking information — when you book a session, our booking provider (Bookwhen) collects your name, contact details and payment information (processed by Stripe) so we can manage your booking. We never see or store your full card details.
- Enquiry forms — when you use our contact or hire enquiry forms, the details you provide (name, email, phone and your message) are delivered to us by our form provider (Formspree) so we can respond. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, with IP anonymisation enabled. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
3. Legal basis
We process booking information to perform our contract with you. We respond to enquiries, and analyse website use, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the play centre.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers named above (Bookwhen, Stripe, Formspree, Google Analytics and our website host, Cloudflare), who process it on our behalf under their own safeguards.
5. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, email managers@teddieshouse.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
6. Children
Bookings and enquiries must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
